Happy Tummy Wonders

Pizza is the only triangle I love. My today’s Adventure is a little treat for the child within me. Instead of going to the mall to watch movie I was invited by my friends together with my boyfriend to go in “PROJECT PIE”, I spent the gloomy afternoon building my own pizza. I don’t usually go to a restaurant when it’s brand new but since Project Pie was about artisan pizza, an important food group for me, and considering that I’m with some of my favorite people we went there to eat merienda. I’ve been here for the second time, the first time was during my birthday, and my boyfriend treated me here because he knew that I am a pizza lover. The highlight of the interiors is an inspirational wall of the favorite sayings of famous people. It gets full with professionals and foodies looking for a quick bite but better quality food than fast-food chains. You can order my number or by build your own. There's one price for the make-your-own pizza (P285) and as starters, you can choose from 7 pre- set pizzas and you can add toppings of your choice. We choice the build your own pizza, I based my pizza on the #5 but without ricotta cheese and double the gorgonzola. The staff warned me that the cheese would be strong but I went ahead. What I didn’t expect was it being too salty. I guess a single portion of gorgonzola would have been just right. I should have listened to her. Anyway I loved the presence of fresh rosemary which I’ve never had in a pizza. It added a flavor kick to my simple pizza. Making food does not always necessary have to be extravagant. At Project Pie you can be your own chef. Use your imagination and come up with your best pizza.

First Project Pie Adventure with my boyfriend.
